Osakis Presbyterian is a community of faith. We are called to follow Jesus Christ. Christ is recognized among us in worship, fellowship, study and service.
Our congregation's best experiences come from being or feeling welcomed, participating or being asked to participate, all contributing to a sense of belonging - a sense of being part of a community and all that entails.
The things that we value about ourselves as both people and parishioners are that we participate, we nurture, we are Christians and we treat others with honesty, consideration, patience, fairness and compassion.
The things that we value about our church and our denomination are that we belong to a community that is loving, caring and giving. It is a faith-filled community that welcomes all ages to participate and learn.
The core values of this congregation are that we are a welcoming and accepting community that has a faith-filled positive attitude. We value our sense of social connectedness. Our congregation is like an extended family. We treasure its friendliness, warmth and nurturing environment. We are doers - working as teams to accomplish work in the world.
